This is a small, independent practice. The short version: I only collect what you send me so I can get back to you, and I don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
What I collect
When you fill out the form on the start page, I collect what you type: the kind of work you do, what’s taking the most time, any notes, and your contact details (name, business name, phone, and email). I collect nothing else about you from that form.
How I use it
I use your details for one thing: to get back to you about your request and to set up a conversation. If you give an email, you’ll get a plain confirmation that your note came through. I don’t add you to a marketing list.
Where it’s stored
Submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare. Confirmation and notification emails are sent through Postmark, an email service. Both are vendors that process this data on my behalf so the site can function.
How long I keep it
I keep your request for as long as I need it to follow up and keep my own records. If you’d like me to delete your information, email me and I’ll take care of it.
Analytics
If I use analytics, I keep it light and privacy-respecting, without invasive tracking.
